Square One Labs Build and Edge Medical Ventures will each secure NIS 40 million over five years aimed at creating dozens of startups in energy, infrastructure, and medical technology.

During its meeting on December 19, 2023, held in Washington D.C., the Board of Governors of the Israel-U.S. Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation approved $9.6 million in funding for ten new projects between U.S. and Israeli companies. In addition to the grants from BIRD, the projects will access privatesector funding, boosting the total investment in all projects to $24.5 million.
